From the very first glance, the setup turned heads—precisely arranged canapés and culinary jewels, presented with sharp attention to aesthetics. Highlights included:
- Sushi served on shells and moss, encased in glass domes and lit for dramatic effect.
- Mini cones filled with mousses, nuts, and fresh herbs—each one unique and artfully arranged.
- Signature bites served on ice slabs and rotating trays with mist, delivering a “wow” moment every time.
- And, of course, our cryo bar—the star of the evening, drawing guests in with its smoky allure and live dessert performances shaped by liquid nitrogen.
